EDGE TREATMENTS

There are many different types of edge treatments that we offer, such as t-mold, straight-line edge band, contour edge band, painted, custom edge detail, tongue and groove, and aluminum channel. Amongst our vast array of equipment, we currently house two top-of-the-line straight line machines, and state-of-the-art contour machines. Whether your parts are round, square, radius, or any other shape, we can handle it.

STRAIGHT LINE
EDGEBAND

We can edge band with many different types of materials, such as, real wood veneer, high pressure laminate, and PVC in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 12.7mm thick. The machines we use can produce super clean results for any straight edged part, at a very fast and efficient pace. With capabilities ranging from corner rounding to polishing, there is no straight edge band job that we can’t handle.

CONTOUR
EDGEBAND

Our contour edge band machines are controlled used CNC and laser trimming systems to provide an amazing quality contour edging. With this type of control over the quality of edge banded parts, we can produce amazing results and virtually invisible seams where the edging material meets up. Whether the shape of the part is round, radius corners, or any other shape, our team and equipment can make quick work of it.

T-MOLD
EDGE

We offer t-molded edges for many different applications, such as school tables, work tables, and restaurant tables. Sometimes t-mold is preferred to give the edge a little bit more impact resistance or “bumper” type edge. You can also use a 3mm PVC edgeband to reinforce an edge, but t-mold has been around for a long time, and has remained widely used by many different industries. T-molding can also be straight with miter cut corners or it can also be applied to contour parts as well.
