CNC MILLING
We can manufacture all of your parts using CNC routers and with nine of them under our roof we have plenty of capacity. CNC machines are both efficient and accurate, so your parts come out right every time. Parts can be vertically or horizontally drilled, routed, cut, grooved, pocketed or line-bored. We can make prototypes with ease, and repeatedly make your parts quickly and efficiently on these machines. We can provide a custom material, or use our massive inventory to manufacture your project, and we can even use your provided material as well. Contact us for any quotes or questions.

CUT-TO-SIZE SERVICES
Pacific Panel has been doing cut-to-size projects since it’s inception, and we have only advanced our capacity and capabilities since then. With six CNC panel saws at our facility, we can cut parts quickly and efficiently. We can cut almost any type of material on our panel saws, from melamine to particle board, acrylic to plywood, MDF to HPL laminate. Pacific Panel has got you covered.
