Digital printing is a method of printing from a digital image directly to a variety of media, from wood to metal, and almost anything in between. Digital printing is usually used for small-run jobs because it is easier to set up, but it can also be used for large jobs as well. The advantage of digital print is in the detail you can get from this printing method. They are normally printed using large-format, high-volume inkjet type printers.

SILKSCREEN

Silkscreen process. is a print technique in which a mesh cloth is stretched over a part or piece, and then ink is applied, using a squeegee, through a stencil on the screen. This process can produce very crisp lines and vibrant colors without resolution loss. It is great for large scale processing, but can also be setup to run short runs as well. It is a very effective way to print a multicolor or single color design on to a fixture/display.

BRANDING

Branding is permanently marking, by way of heat, typically done on wood materials, but can also be used for plastic, cork, leather, etc. It has a very distinct and natural look, that can make a logo or company name look established. LASER ENGRAVING

Laser Engraving or Laser Etching is a manufacturing method, that uses a laser beam to cut into or etch the surface of a material. We can use lasers to cut and engrave anything from metal, wood, plastics, etc. This process is mostly used to create images of logos, information, or company names on the material, that may be seen at eye level. Laser engraving and cutting makes very clean borders and edges around the cut, but has a drawback of sometimes burning the material in the process.
