From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader

Pacific Panel Products was founded in 1994 by Jon Dickey, a visionary who believed in hard work, integrity, and the importance of craftsmanship. With little more than determination and a dream, Jon began building the business from the ground up. His commitment to quality and customer service quickly earned a reputation for excellence, and step by step, the company grew.

By 1997 and 2000, Jon’s sons, Ryan and Cory Dickey, joined him in the business, working side by side to expand the company’s offerings and capabilities. Together, they introduced new types of equipment and diversified the types of projects Pacific Panel could take on—always with the goal of serving customers better and staying ahead of industry trends.

What began as a small, family-run operation soon became a thriving enterprise. Thanks to Jon’s leadership and the dedication of his team, Pacific Panel Products grew many times over in size and scope. By the early 2010s, the company had become known not only for its high-quality panel products but also for its ability to handle projects of any size, from custom home storage solutions to large-scale commercial installations.

Tragically, Jon Dickey passed away in 2013, but his legacy of resilience, excellence, and family values lives on. Today, under the leadership of Ryan and Cory Dickey, Pacific Panel Products continues to grow and thrive. What began as a modest family business is now a corporation with the size and resources to take on some of the largest and most complex projects—yet it remains firmly rooted in the values that Jon instilled.
