Available options:
- Typically Raw Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), ready to prime and paint.
- Also available in a variety of hardwood veneer options, such as oak, walnut, maple, birch, and other material options available upon request.
- 2”, 3”, 4”, 6”, 8” and 12” on center spacing.
- Standard panels are 1/4” x 48” × 96” (we can produce any thickness/spacing on panels up to 5’ x 12’ custom)

Custom Pattern V-Grooved Panels
Available custom options:
- 2”, 3”, 4”, 6”, 8” and 12” on center Tile Board (square pattern)
- 3” x 6” on center Brick Tile Board (brick pattern)

- Also can be made from other substrates other than MDF.
- Standard panels are 1/4” x 48” × 96” (we can produce any thickness/spacing on panels up to 5’ x 12’ custom)
Kerf Cut or Square Grooved Panels

T1-11 Plywood Grooved Panels
Available options:
- Typically we manufacture these rough sawn plywood or other types of plywood panels.
- Typical spacing for the T1-11 is 4” or 8” on center.
- The grooves are made with special blades that are 1/2” wide and provide a pattern cut and chamfered edges.
- Most T1-11 panels are 5/8” thick but we can make them to your specifications as well.
- We can also cut the shiplap edges to interlock the panels seamlessly.
Tongue & Grooved/Shiplap Panels
Available options:
- Some T1-11 plywood needs to have a shiplap or tongue & grooved edge.
- We have the ability to put a shiplap or tongue & groove edge on any 4’ or 5’ wide material per your specifications. (Some custom tooling may be required if we don’t have match to the profile you need)
- Custom profile edge profile cutting is also available, and can be made to your specifications.

- Some T1-11 plywood needs to have a shiplap or tongue & grooved edge.
- We have the ability to put a shiplap or tongue & groove edge on any 4’ or 5’ wide material per your specifications. (Some custom tooling may be required if we don’t have match to the profile you need)
