Available options:

Typically we manufacture these rough sawn plywood or other types of plywood panels.
Typical spacing for the T1-11 is 4” or 8” on center.
The grooves are made with special blades that are 1/2” wide and provide a pattern cut and chamfered edges.
Most T1-11 panels are 5/8” thick but we can make them to your specifications as well.
We can also cut the shiplap edges to interlock the panels seamlessly.

Available options:

Some T1-11 plywood needs to have a shiplap or tongue & grooved edge.
We have the ability to put a shiplap or tongue & groove edge on any 4’ or 5’ wide material per your specifications. (Some custom tooling may be required if we don’t have match to the profile you need)
Custom profile edge profile cutting is also available, and can be made to your specifications.
