First, our customers reach out via phone or website and schedule an in-person consultation. Our team will schedule a convenient time to visit your home. At that time, they’ll measure the width, depth, and height of the garage, paying close attention to placement of the ceiling, doorways, windows, power outlets and garage door rail.
Making it yours
The team will then meet with you to find out your preferences and expectations. Looking for tall storage to fit your skis? Maybe you need countertop space to work on projects. Perhaps you’re building a home gym or office. All of these needs can be met. Next, the team will take a look at items you need to store in the garage, such as bicycles, yard tools, childrens’ toys, televisions or refrigerators. It’s important that each of these items be considered when creating an ideal storage solution.
Finally, the team will review color options with you. They’ll go over finish and color options that are available on the composite panels and countertop choices.
Bringing your vision to life
Once the team returns to the office, they begin work on a three-dimensional rendering of the proposed storage system and develop a quote. Both are sent to you for feedback. If you choose to proceed with the order, a deposit is taken and a date is set for installation. Cabinets are then cut and built at our Irwindale facility.
A day before the installation, installers call to remind you of the installation. The day of the installation, the team arrives and your customized garage storage is installed; it’s that simple.
